it doesn't matter, what he's missing is that the study doesn't predict how an individual member of the group will respond to a vaccine because there is always huge variation within the groups.

The study also refers to researching dosage moderation, not immunization schedules. Saying schedules should be different for Black children because they (may) have a stronger immune response seems to imply they can do without shots.

The current schedule isn’t tailored by individual, it’s tailored to the whole group. If you know one sub-group responds differently than another, wouldn’t it be possible that tailoring to those sub-groups results in better overall outcomes even if there is variation within?
