TY! $15 for 45 little trees from TEMU. My husband cut a scrap board from me which I wrapped in fabric and and cording, battery operated light packs and cotton and fake snow all of which I already had! Would also look great on the mantle.
I have at least one bottlebrush tree that was always in my dollhouse. Guess is qualifies as βvintageβ now! π² Might give this a try, love it as a centerpiece.
I have two of my grandmothers. They are a total collectors item now! Maybe don't glue it down just in case. Many were made with the sticker JAPAN on the bottom. IDK if they were made there or if that was a company?
Somewhere I might still have a little* gold-tone cup and saucer (black interior on the cup) in plastic with βMade in Occupied Japanβ on the bottom.
Of course I am so tired sorry. I didn't even realize it was in the photo. It's a professional grade glue gun and it's hot AF. I have to coat my fingers will slightly cooled glue and let it dry so I can work with it and not burn myself repeatedly!
Okβ¦ I said Iβd share mine.. I did it last yearβ¦ we have some similar tastes (dogs, Harley rider, crafts, and an undying disgust for horrible people)β¦
That's beautiful! I love it. My simple centerpiece is done. Hand-crafted wooden bowls from Tanzania filled with pinecones; banana leaves fashioned to balance bundles on head as candle rings.
LOVE! My stepmother would be all over this. She loves to travel and works in clay for pots and tableware. This setup will last you from August to February!
YAY! I have more new decorations coming today. Say what you will about TEMU but I haven't changed my Xmas table decor in at least 15 years, and I am excited!
I am diggin the bottle brush trees maybe next year Iβll do something with them. Iβm off to try to do some watercolor cards. I expect a few f bombs to come out of my mouth. Cheers!
I am between βletβs do thisβ (mainly because i want to mind numb playing w/watercolors to make my own cards) and βeh fvck it not feelin itβ
I didnβt get to them yesterday, maybe today?
Nooooooooooo! Not allowed! NOPE NOPE NOPE not on my watch! Also they sell these online. Take off the tag and toss some glitter on your hair and call it yours!
All artificial. Youngish kiddos in the house, so the common theme is non-breakable (except the glass pickle ornament) eclectic. π
Some of them are the same size as yours on the table, too. The thing I love is that each ornament, decoration, and tree has a story.
LOVE IT SO MUCH! I have been curating ornaments since I was a girl. Every year since the kids were born they get an ornament recognizing an achievement or memory from that year on Xmas Eve. They each have more than 20 and really look forward to the surprise!
Yes! What treasures! Weβve been doing 1 ornament per year for the family. Sometimes things weβve gathered that year, like the folded palm frond rose made for us in Nicaragua, etc. Sometimes we choose an new ornament together. Last year, each kid chose a new star for one of the treetops. βοΈ

Weβre doing a Star Wars themed mantle this year π I still need to add little lights and a few other things but Iβm pleased with this start.

Just put 1 with a little wreath around his neck.
Very creative!
Looking great, especially with the snow. Nice work, Pop.
But I really enjoy the range oven you've got. I'm jelly.
I didnβt get to them yesterday, maybe today?
