Some cryptographic thoughts on breaking 4-digit locks (e.g for lockers)
Assuming most people scramble their code after locking to make sure each digit is scrambled, i.e not the code digit.
This gives attackers information on the code if they observe multiple scrambles (not a lot!). On the other hand
