He’s wrong. Serbian students didn’t have “one leader”. They’ve had many separate cells with a main office where they’ve voted and discussed every move. That made it successful. Dr Dindich became Prime Minister, got assassinated and killed. Few wrong facts-Milosevic was nationalist, not socialist.
—> ‘In the meantime, fight the authoritarians on everything…Attack them every day…Turn “flood the zone” against them by not needing to cling to any one outrage for weeks. Embrace the idea of snapping up new outrages every day. Get hot about them. Be passionate about them.’
The problem is I don't support the Democratic party as it is right now I support Bernie and AOC Jeff merkley a number of other people but the majority of these blue dogs are not with us and have to go one way or a f****** other.
And yes I know I can swear on this form but my voice recognition won't
But didn’t the author make it clear that this kind of “I don’t agree w this part of what they said…” is equivocating that we cannot afford at this point?
The problem with that is there are, imo, too many D's listening to the consultant class not their constituents, this is how we lost. Why did Biden run again because his consultants told him he should? What was his original intent to be one term and then to bring in new blood. 100% why we lost!
". We must stop viewing political life through the lens of American politics as we have known it, and adopt the viewpoint of dissident movements in autocratic states.
The Democratic party has more to learn from Alexei Navalny or the protesters in Serbia than it does from Chuck Schumer"

It's interesting that the whole Fight the Oligarchy thing is attributed to AOC. A great leader, yes, but who was fighting the oligarchy well before and is still there now? Zero mention of the king of Fight the Oligarchy @sanders.senate.gov Let's be honest.
A couple of weeks ago in Serbia a protest against their Putin-loving government drew the U.S. equivalent (per capita) of 17 million demonstrators. When I see that kind of reaction from Americans I will believe 'America is fighting back.' I don't see that yet. Stirrings, but not real resistance yet.
Staying the hell out of Amerika. Avoid buying USA stuff where possible. Urging my Canadian friends their to sell their property and leave. De-couple from the USA ASAP. And then wait for the USA's downfall.
Respectfully, this piece ignores the truth that the majority of people in this country don't want to be in a dissenting party. They don't want to be in a resistance.
They just want someone to listen to them and make their lives better.
No where in that piece does it say to listen to voters.
Let's work on that after we achieve some power. Progress happens incrementally. Perfection may not be possible, but we can get close to it by insisting our side continue to improve.
I should clarify. I didn't mean start with perfection. But let's at least have a vision, a direction, a goal that is more than "get rid of Trump." Some people were asleep before Trump, and some of them have only the goal of getting back to sleep.
He completely sidestepped Bernie. He started what AOC joined in on. His 2 million in DC is 3 million short of what I've already been calling for this summer or by fall: five million in DC to take over the city. We can't wait for elections. We do have the benefit that Trump is right now today..
constitutionally disqualified from the office he holds. He is not a president, he is a resident of the White House and must be turned out. 5 Million Bucket Brigade in DC, each person with a 5 gallon bucket with their personal affects. The entire active duty US military is 1.3 million. National..
Guard is 500k. 5 million is an overwhelming number that can't be stopped by force. It is an insurmountable mass of humanity. It's not an insurrection. It's a resurrection. A resurrection of democracy and the constitutional order. But it's just the beginning. We will push it all the way. We'll fix..
what's broken. We will have trials of those who engaged in treasonous acts, those who violated their oaths, those who committed insurrection, those who violated the constitution, will all be tried. I like the sound of Fredericksburg Trials bc it's founded before the nation & it echoes Nuremberg. ..
It's a resurrection and a redemption. It's a reconstruction. We will have a constitutional conference. We will fix what's broken. We will incorporate voting rights, ERA, campaign finance, fix impeachment, remove presidential immunity, fix SCOTUS by expanding to 13, ethical reforms, term limits or..
other means to depoliticize. We will implement protections against unholy accumulations of wealth but not abandon the strengths of capitalism's enlightened self interest, we will protect civil service, create bulwarks against authoritarianism, consider recallable elections, address nuclear war..
'The Atlantic: In Czechoslovakia,days after Soviet invasion 1968, Večerní Praha published “10 commandments”: “When a Soviet soldier comes to you, YOU: 1. Don’t know 2. Don’t care 3. Don’t tell 4. Don’t have 5. Don’t know how to 6. Don’t give 7. Can’t do 8. Don’t sell 9. Don’t show 10. Do nothing.”'
Excellent article by JVL. I just love what Bernie and AOC are doing right now and the enthusiasm they are generating. It gives me some hope after this assault on our liberties by Trump.
“So that’s the plan. Find a leader. Bring people together in person, far away from the capital’s control. Build momentum. Organize your supporters. Harness the power of their mass. Build toward an explicit show of strength. Take back control of Congress.”
Disagree on just one thing. Way too early for "find a leader".
We do *not* want to offer a single key target, with zero formal power or position, begging for support and fair coverage, while Trump and his cronies demonise and blame them for any ills.
I have designed a poster for the upcoming HANDS OFF! protests on Saturday, April 5th. If anyone wants a printable file of it, please message me : ) Find out more about the protests here: https://www.mobilize.us/handsoff/
Yep. A must read. Perhaps the most important line in the piece? 'There can be no purity tests in the pro-democracy opposition'. I've been citing this for months. In a party as diverse as the Dems there is no way anyone agrees on everything. Doesn't f'ing matter
Unfortunately, not everyone shares that spirit of “live and let live” or are willing to “agree to disagree” then move on to the bigger more pressing issues, but instead get quite insular and dogmatic about certain things to the point where cooperation breaks down, but such is human nature.
Can mean many things, but in this context probably someone who is a hardcore far-left ideologue and will not budge off their firm belief in [insert anything here].
Just because I don’t believe everything AOC or Bernie says is great, or agree with it, doesn’t mean I don’t totally support them in what they are doing.
This is most important idea in an excellent piece. Many progressives require purity tests & won't tolerate slightest deviation. Good example is flap-doddle over Gavin Newsom's opposing (female) Transsexuals playing on girls teams. There is a legimate biological reason. This can't be a litmus test
Literally discussed w/ my husband tonight. 80/20 red area. I don’t foresee all of them fighting every single fight we do, but if they can get on board w/ being anti-authoritarian & agree that treating people with dignity is right… welcome to the Big Tent. Let Trump be McCarthy & we can have decency.
Beyond all of the above, writing about the big rallies AOC has been doing w/o mentioning Sanders is straight-up misinformation about the rallies themselves and the anti-oligarch message Sanders & AOC bring to those rallies.
But I suspect the Bullwark fears THAT message and WHY it attracts so many.🤷🏻♀️
Solidarity - Don't undermine & attack the people that can & want to help you.
Whenever the phony "Left" does their daily performance of the Two-Minute Hate against the Democrats, the fascists' control gets a little more entrenched & solidified - and more difficult to remove.
This is useful reading, I struggle with it being "the most important insightful". Certainly, the author thinks it's profound when he declares in the third person "JVL's Law". However, he looses the thread when he identifies Cuban and Galloway as possible allies. This is a class struggle, period.
It will take the bravest among us to lead us out of this and there will be lives lost. For those who remember Kent State, as one example - this is going to be far worse, but We WILL prevail.
She is hardly a dissident. She did vote for arming Israel's Iron Dome programme and has been hesitant on the genocide in Gaza. Another wolf in sheep's clothing.
Gaza is history thanks to Biden, Obama, Bush etc. The plan to expel everyone from Gaza dates from 2007, not just now. But hey, the Palestinians have to wait till you lot get your act together, do they?
I did read it. I fail to see how she is not just another autocrat and exactly what part of her is about fighting the Oligarchy that she has consistently voted for. Give me an example where she has led the fight against the oligarchy. When has she stood up to Zionism, for example?
Almost 57, and I have been a political activist in four different countries over my lifetime. Please, give me arguments not patronising shite, youngster.
Look, I'm not here to debate Harris's merits or the lack thereof. You find a progressive candidate we can get through the primaries, I'm right there with you. Until that happens, I'm always going to choose the lesser evil, even if it's incremental. This article is a starting place for right now.
The lesser evil is always evil, always. That is the point you want a vote for evil, for the DemoRats who supported the genocide in Gaza. In what twisted world is a vote for genocide a lesser evil? But your initial point was to presume I hadn't read the article. I had, I didn't agree with it.
As a European, one of the clearest structural problems I see in the US political system is the influence of money. When most representatives are spending more time talking to and working for their donors than their constituents, you end up with an amoral system that includes the current GOP.
This good, but we can’t pay for every feed like this that asks for payment, it’s just another Act.Blue in disguise. If they don’t have the means to be activists on People power alone then they don’t have people power.
do not believe anything @fetterman.senate.gov says. he will say what he needs to play both sides. @pasenate.com @padems.org @penncapital-star.com same with @schumer.senate.gov and others
Not an original idea to me - the problem with some people is that they don’t realize we’re all on the same bus. Not everyone on the bus has the same final destination. Some of us get off at a different stop but, try to remember, we all agree on the direction. That should unify us. Not separate us.
Another good analogy is, we are not all on the same boat, we are all in the same storm. some are on super-yachts. some are just trying to stay above the water without a life-jacket.
Compelling. The opposition needs a leader, organization, and funding (for the organizing costs).
The only way to stop Trump that I can see is through Congress, the representatives of the people. And the only way they will act is if they are more afraid of someone else than they are of Trump
It's time for every American to wake up because this Orange Turd is really hinting at: 2 words, starts with M and rhymes with Claw - the clearest indication that he is considering ways to breach a constitutional barrier.
It is desperately important to sell a vision for the future loudly and primarily. If the only future is through elections, ask people to pick health/child care, increased take home pay, community, family, hope, joy, shit that works right, no hungry kids or homeless vets, personal security & respect
Except multi-billionaire Mark Cuban, named a few times as a possible resistance leader, can’t be taken seriously when contemplating us resisting this oligarchic dictatorship, where billionaires have influenced & damaged our congressional process plus allow & feed this Christo-fascist coup. Just no
We need to skip over the brunch Dems and head left. Left is where it's at. Need a Leftist big daddy cult leader so the people who like that can feel taken care of and told what to think and do. It's weird, but those cultists are weird.
This part is mistaken: "The Republican party was merely the first institution to accept authoritarianism because it was the first institution Trump targeted."
The republican party has been working toward authoritarianism for decades. trump was the perfect match to accelerated the plans.
We need "a few" leaders, b/c Patel's FBI WILL start arresting them. Very agree w/the masses and anti-establishment idea.
Looks like we need our "Edmund Petuss Bridge" moment...god help us.
Important point about avoiding big protests in DC or NYC for now: “The autocrats’ power is greatest near the literal center of the gov’t they control. The further you get from their power center, the weaker their hold and the more risks they have to take if they want to put down demonstrations.”
This is misdirection.
A real dissident believes Elon Musk hacked the US election computers in November 2024 and that Republicans are not the legitimately elected party in the US.
Worst populism tutorial ever.
Belief that elections in 2026 will be legitimate in any way.
And the only way to win is people power. That’s it. No institutions are going to save us. The courts won’t stop the authoritarians. Corporate interests won’t stop them. The Democratic party won’t stop them, either.
"The Democratic party has more to learn from Alexei Navalny or the protesters in Serbia than it does from Chuck Schumer or strategists obsessing over message-testing crosstabs."
"This is about something much more basic; holding power to account for what it says and does....and each and all of us will have to answer for what we did and said during this time. One simple question that will mean everything; how will you be remembered?" https://youtu.be/eoDkq6cxu_E?si=VvRA_Rk4qK5sM4LI
Maybe in the traditional sense.
I think of politics as what should the tax rates be. Respectfully disagree with someone but still talk to them as friends after you are off the floor.
This is so far beyond that. Any decent person knows that almost all their actions are illegal and unethical.
And this way of thinking is what put Trump in office in the first place.
Y'all were so eager to stop Trump, you sided with another enemy and got the fool elected. We could've ended the two-party system and saved this country, but no. Y'all had to "pick a side."
The ONLY side at this moment in time is anti authoritarianism. This is the fight and we need everyone on board to fight this and only this as the focus. Other issues and disagreements can wait because if we lose this fight, they will all become moot. Not taking a side IS taking one. Choose wisely
Half her voters😂 I think you are in a serious bubble. But if you want to go into that, Musk ran ads in different markets either painting her an 🇮🇱 supporter or a 🇵🇸 supporter depending on where the ads ran, so none of this is about the truth, and you have complaints without viable solutions.
Pre-election there were tons of pro Palestinian protests here in Canada - basically protesting Biden & Harris policies in Israel. Since Trump got in - crickets - even though the situation has worsened for Palestinians. Why is that?
The article addresses this very reaction. A bit of farsightedness is necessary when faced with an imperfect, but reasonable candidate vs. an authoritarian despot.
No one's asking for a candidate that pleases everyone. I'm asking for a candidate that will actually put the American people first and not give our tax dollars to foreign militaries.
Biden, Kamala AND Trump are all guilty of this. They all chose foreign militaries over us.
They were not my first choice either. This is why local and state elections are important. You aren't going to get change from the top down. But allowing abject evil to win the top spot isn't the way. I chose good instead of less good or abstaining.
You are one fucking stupid person if this is what you are holding onto in these times!! The focus has to be 100% on what is happening within our borders, by our government. We don’t have time to worry about anything else. If you can win the fight inside our borders the external results will follow.
I wanted Kamala to choose America. She chose Israel. Trump also chose Israel. Both betrayed the American people, but y'all have been duped into believing only one side is guilty.
Both sides betrayed us. Both are the reason we're in this mess.
You’re brain is addled with bothsiderism … only one side is destroying the government, taking away a woman’s right to choose, abandoning all of our allies, threatening Canada and Greenland, and destroying law and order in America — who the cares what happens in Gaza when America is being destroyed?
First off, it's "your." If you're going to come at me, at least do it correctly.
Second, you're so focused on what is happening that you fail to see HOW it happened. Trump is not the source of the problem; he is a product of the problem.
I agree my focus is on where we are now. However, the lesson which you have learned from the past - that both sides are bad and have failed the american people equally, is just plainly wrong.
Both parties are pro-corporatist, only one is pro-authoritarian.
I’m still pissed that people like you can’t see that the problem is here, now, in the United States. What is happening in Gaza is awful, but we can’t save other people if our house is burning on the inside. That is why AOC supported Kamala. And I praise her for it. Kamala lost bc of people like you.
I won't say I praise AOC for it, but I ain't throwing stones at her either. I'll still my critical tongue. There will be many who seek to use such a movement to conceal their particular favorite politicians flaws and try to reclaim lost credibility. Much hard work ahead.
I’d suggest @meidastouch.com as a media source & encourage people to sign up on @generalstrikeus.bsky.social for the mass mobilization JVL is talking about. It would great if they team up with the @50501movement.bsky.social
@mehdirhasan.bsky.social please support my candidacy-i am running a no money campaign. We must all refuse to support candidates asking for “donations” on top of their congressional salaries. Makes no sense. D or R its really $.
One person, one vote. That is how we challenge the status quo.
Get the fuck out of here. Nobody in govt or media has said shit about massive election fraud. You're all complicit, you rats are sheep dogging us away from revolution while the nazis finish consolidating their power. When we win this back there'll be questions. https://generalstrikeus.com
This is an excellent article. As to the purity thing the author is correct. Our dissent is about saving democracy not over policy.
You either love this country or you support Trump. You cannot do both. Ever.
Please listen to @sarahlongwell25.bsky.social ’s follow up pod with @billkristolbulwark.bsky.social about this piece. Great companion to @jvl.bsky.social excellent newsletter
Brilliant. Next Saturday April 5. Find your local protest and join. This is an important step each of us can take. #Resist https://www.fiftyfifty.one/events
"The Democratic party has more to learn from Alexei Navalny or the protesters in Serbia than it does from Chuck Schumer or strategists obsessing over message-testing crosstabs."
The solidarity part in the article was the problem in last year's campaign leading to Election Day. Extreme left were horrified that Harris was in rallies with Liz Cheney & that there were all these lifelong GOPs @ DNC Convention & especially that Harris, Walz & DNC were not more pro-Palestinian. 2/
Gaza issue really damaged Harris in Michigan & among young voters. Wonder how they feel now abt Trump wanting to ethnic-cleanse & relocate Palestinians to Egyptian or Jordanian desert. Spouses don't agree with 1 another on everything & that needs to be understood by Resistors in order to move fwd.
@jvl.bsky.social Honest question: I’ve read elsewhere that it’s NOT good to have one person be the leader b/c it makes it more about the person than the issue and if something happens so that person loses favor, the movement tanks. Thoughts?
I agree. I posted it as well. It is a great starting point for a serious conversation about where we are and next steps. I have a very small following on social media, but the more voices that share this sort of thinking, the greater likelihood there will be some organic pushback to Trump.
Congratulations AOC!
Bernie’s job is almost done.
B. Sanders has been huge influence on so many of US. And you’re the perfect candidate to take his place. Young enough to lead for many years to come.
Anyone helping wake up the ignorant cult masses is wanted!
Join the Club!
Progressive party 🎊
The most important part of this piece is the note that too many (especially progressive) people in the democratic party are disenfranchised. The fight is not for the status quo. It's anti-Trump. We all need to understand this. As Elton John once sang: Burn down the mission if we're gonna stay alive.
Wasn't the Bulwark started by the same fuckheads that came up with the Southern Strategy?
I'm high most of the time these days but sometimes a clear thought pops in uninvited
The depth of dishonor of the current POTUS, VP and minions has no bottom. A stain on their honor, their families, their party, their communities and our nation. What does it say about us that we elected a convicted felon with a lifetime record of dishonor, bankruptcies and failed relationships. sad!
Damn, @mehdirhasan.bsky.social, this is the best thing on this front, or pretty much any other, that I've read in a long time. Thanks for posting it. And to one of the author's main points, the one about not letting relatively minor disagreements shatter the unity we need, let me just leave this -
I know of a few capitulating law firms, who should take this advice. 🙄 Really, what kind of “pro bono” work does Paul, Weiss and Skadden et al. envision doing with the consent and cooperation of the Trump regime!?
Yes, it is pithy. Still, I try and remember, when addressing their movement, to hang it on the entire GOP. It won't back down after being this close to ultimate power. Some day, cholesterol will do its magic, but others will try to take the mantle. We need to make the entire Party perennial losers.
and the dems are on the bus. it 1 single dem has stepped up to take action calling an emergency joint session of congress to stop the violation of the constitution of the united states.
not 1.
they send tweets "i no likey orange man" THAT IS NOT ACTION.
Good article. I will be attending protest in my city. However, I don't see anyone discussing the possibility of Trump declaring Martial Law.
I believe he is just waiting for large protests, especially in D.C. to do just that.
He's the kind of guy who screams "constitutional crisis" when we are just starting to brush the edge of breaking norms, making the actual constitutional crisis feel like "just another day" a year or two later.
To be clear, I agree we are now in a constitutional crisis. Trump admin is clearly disregarding legal court orders without proper appeal process. The fix for that is congress oversight and impeach, which won't happen. We are outside the guidance of the constitution, ergo constitutional crisis.
To mount a strong opposition, people from different ideologies must disregard their differences with the sole aim of gaining power and toppling the ruling party. In multi party democracies, petty infighting makes it nearly impossible for an opposition coalition to defeat a strong ruling party.
Not bad from a resistance strategy POV, however I have issues with a resistance mvmt that doesn’t have an ideology behind it. Otherwise WTH are you for? Just to get rid of Trump? Then what?
This has been the biggest problem with the Dems for at least 10 years now: they don’t stand FOR anything
This is such a huge problem. Some people just want a return to what was before Trump - but thousands were suffering then, too. A return to capitalism and imperialism as usual will always lead back to fascism. Capitalism is a right-wing socioeconomic system.
It’s possible to do this.
Pick one. Just one vision.
Make it our “Build the Wall”.
I choose M4A.
Simplify it.
Democrats talk way too f’n much. Eye roll & yawn about 30 seconds into a speech for most people.
I find you fake progressives pandering to the republicants that helped get us here to be repulsive in the extreme. These are the people that sold us Iraq, Afghanistan, and the middle east policy that has given us nothing but murder and mayhem for the past 25-30 years. HANG YOUR HEAD IN SHAME!
My one point of disagreement is the idea that movements need solitary leaders to rally behind. Westerners have gotten it into their heads that leadership comes from individuals, when it actually comes from communities of people who all lead. We all need to look to ourselves to lead, together.
Came here to say this. We don’t need to wait for a solitary, charismatic leader. The Civil Rights Movement had Dr. King, but they didn’t wait for him to arrive before they did the work. We’re the heroes and leaders we’ve been waiting for.
Also, he and Malcolm X were assassinated, so consolidating your power and messaging behind only a few people paints a big target on their backs. The Civil Rights movement kinda died as prominent figures were picked off and then the remaining people were pitted against each other for resources.
I said White Americans and if in 1966 60%+ of white Americans had an unfavorable view, sub 20% favorable in 1967-68 is not unlikely. I remember it as a stat from several years ago because I was shocked it was that low.
Medhi. Please someone talk about the MAGA takedown in Louisiana that happened yesterday!!! 4 amendments to the state constitution proposed by MAGA governor Landry were overwhelmingly defeated!!! If this can happen in Louisiana, there’s a massive wave afoot.
The one thing I fear about this moment, and movement, is a lack of cohesion and leadership. The Occupy Wall St movement had the right idea, but the refusal to recognize a clear leader and focused message hurt. Ditto what happened in Portland during the 2020 protests. This time has to be different.
Because I think it follows to the point the article that we can't hang this movement on an octogenarian, no matter how influential he has been and continues to be.
“And the only way to win is people power. That’s it. No institutions are going to save us. The courts won’t stop the authoritarians. Corporate interests won’t stop them. The Democratic party won’t stop them, either.”
… no amount of magical thinking is going to save us.
When is it too much? Now. Huge Hands Off protest Apr 5, next Sat. DC, every state Capitol, and large city halls. Google Hands Off for location near you. You are needed by your country. Please come. It is a few hours of your time.
MLK, Jesse Jackson, Kaepernick, and many others. The US has many brave dissidents. AOC is not near the top, because she's too reluctant to address anti-black racism, the biggest source of support for Trump and Republicans.
You should have been reading me, then. Other than the “start at the periphery” part, I already wrote this.
And I have suggested the leader: @govpritzker.illinois.gov . He has the org skills, the platform, the eloquence, the commitment. He also has the money so he can stand up the
2/organization that requires a lot more than just lists.
A)it needs a resource site (articles, placards, data, charts)
B)it needs a coordinated organized REPETITIVE msg organization
C)it needs a response group that attacks anything and everything that is Musk or Trump. Nothing is too small. And it
3/ needs to be repetitive.
D) it needs to be performative such as the TESLA protests, but way beyond TESLA.
E) it needs to hire anti-Trump Repubs as a brain trust to set strategy. Democrats have NO CLUE what to do. Jacobus, Kristol, Kinzinger, Walsh, Steele, etc
F)It must NEVER DO A POLL, Rely on a
Messaging alignment and orchestration is vital to flood the zone consistently and continuously. I volunteer to do this but we need a centralized leader
Great article. We are inviting unaffiliated voters into our Dem women's group bc we need allies for the battles ahead. Too much is at stake for our Country to retreat to strictly partisan positions. It will take many for an opposition movement. I am embracing the mantra that We Are Stronger Together
I agree with this but find it curious that Bernie (who started the rallies and was joined by AOC later) isn’t even mentioned. Seems “bad” jvl already entered the chat lol.

We need revolutionaries.

Kamala didn't mention it.

Y'all were so eager to stop Trump, you sided with another enemy and got the fool elected. We could've ended the two-party system and saved this country, but no. Y'all had to "pick a side."
Until AOC holds herself and her party accountable for contributing to the harm done to the American people, nothing she says matters.
I will not choose sides. Both Democrats and Republicans have wronged us.
This is not a purity test; this is common fucking sense.
Both Democrats and Republicans in the United States play a role in the destruction of other nations, but only one side is blamed at a time.
I'd rather choose good. I feel like y'all are either too afraid or too lazy to choose good.
Biden, Kamala AND Trump are all guilty of this. They all chose foreign militaries over us.
I wanted Kamala to choose America. She chose Israel. Trump also chose Israel. Both betrayed the American people, but y'all have been duped into believing only one side is guilty.
Both sides betrayed us. Both are the reason we're in this mess.
60 million registered Democrats refused to vote for her. She could've won in a landslide victory, but she chose Israel over us.
Both parties lied, cheated and betrayed the American people. Both must be held accountable. That is the work that must be done.
“Hear me when I say this: There can be no purity tests in the pro-democracy opposition.”
Democrat politicians are equally responsible for the fall of this country. BOTH sides are guilty. It's time y'all recognized this.
I’d suggest @meidastouch.com as a media source & encourage people to sign up on @generalstrikeus.bsky.social for the mass mobilization JVL is talking about. It would great if they team up with the @50501movement.bsky.social

You either love this country or you support Trump. You cannot do both. Ever.
...yup😒
We all need to act -- ACT! -- accordingly.

Bernie’s job is almost done.
B. Sanders has been huge influence on so many of US. And you’re the perfect candidate to take his place. Young enough to lead for many years to come.

Florida has over 4million Dems, another 4million Independents. That combined figure is 3million more than Republicans.
Of the above, 5 million are aged 65+.
We voted for Obama twice. PLZ COME CAMPAIGN HERE!
Nikki, you can help make this happen.
Florida has been ignored for too long.
We need strong candidates for state government, US senate
I believe he is just waiting for large protests, especially in D.C. to do just that.
I often agree with his sentiment, but his habit of falling into depressed, pessimistic thinking without strong logical support always turns me off.
It's mining extremist pessimism for likes.
This has been the biggest problem with the Dems for at least 10 years now: they don’t stand FOR anything
We MUST offer a vision for the future that breaks this neoliberal cycle.
Pick one. Just one vision.
Make it our “Build the Wall”.
I choose M4A.
Simplify it.
Democrats talk way too f’n much. Eye roll & yawn about 30 seconds into a speech for most people.
Combine that with a villain: billionaires and oligarchs.
