Yeah so, this is a corporate policy being implemented at our local office (the Friday WFH part) and the local leadership is not happy about it. So here we are.
I mean, it comes down to trust. You either trust your people or you don't. If you don't, fire us!

I have a meeting every Friday at 8:30 with cameras required and every Friday I wear sunglasses in the meeting. No rules about that.
