There seems to be a view on here that you're some sort of knuckle-dragging moron or don't have the stomach for a 'painful rebuild' if you don't think Ange is the right guy.
I'd like to think I'm not the former & I'm also happy to be patient.
It's a shame that it's become so binary.

Mine is to leave Ange in place for this season or until it becomes untenable
Why doesn't he play more youth depth is a fair point..like Ajayi yesterday
We can not assume that results will approve, only hope so as they should.
No one wants to see any more losses like Ipswich or Leicester
My personal take is I’ve hated the last 3 months but otherwise feel Ange is the best we can hope for given the financial restrictions placed on the football club by ENIC.
If we’re run like Villa we compete
I’m Ange in for the obvious, I’d also just quite like to see the club act differently to the last 3, let’s get to a cleaner review point.
For what it's worth, I don't think you're a moron.
We all want the best for Spurs, and people are allowed different opinions on what that is.
My fear is Levy, as he has final say, and he usually makes the wrong footballing decisions
Same on the other side, parroting the 'Ange cult' nonsense.
It's just pricks being pricks, you won't meet em in real life because they don't leave the house.
We're not going down.
Whoever managed next two games, Spurs will perform better.
Winning more often is the goal and they are doing it, even tired and without a lot of important players.
Nobody mentions beating Brentford away for the first time this century
Still feel like Ang hasn’t had a proper chance to kick on
I find the othering we’re doing as a fanbase to be repulsive. Cavemen, cowards + cults. We’re a reflection of the times but I wish people could stop and digest your statement about using the same data to come to different conclusions. We all want success.
in some sense all of this discussion and para-content we are all engaging in is in some senses fanfic…
If you're happy to wait & see if next season deals him a kinder one, then I don't begrudge you that.
But personally I think he's played a rubbish hand really quite poorly & I've not seen enough for me to be willing to trust him with another season.
'Success on the pitch whilst playing entertaining football and utilising home-grown players.'
We can & probably will appoint another progressive manager who does things a little differently.
Ange has laid some building blocks -- we play out from the back, we press high, we try to possess the ball -- & in my view the next guy can take this forward.
Ange might not be perfect, or even the right guy, but the big assumption here is that Spurs will hire someone better – and Levy’s hiring record is poor.
We are in a crisis
and its not ok
- Injuries.
- Management of squad in light of injuries.
- Use of young players (especially in light of lack of depth).
- Tactical struggles.

(He used two subs yday as just one tiny eg.)
We light it up and everyone wants him back? Cool. Still look flawed? Fine, go get the new guy in summer
Rather see what we have in Ange than subject our young fun toys to Southgate
The margins for success of this season would be slim for any coach. Also, what would success even be?
Only time will tell.
I feel torn - I know we need the rebuild, but these results are getting unacceptable. But I also know we can’t have it both ways so… 🤷🏽♂️
It’s like acknowledging your house is on fire but having a go at the estate agent for not selling it anyway.
I don’t see an upside to sacking Ange before the end of the season. Results unlikely to improve. The club should be looking for someone to bring in before pre-season. June not August
At the end of the season, if after players return and we haven't seen an uptick in performance, then we can move on, find someone to take over and build in what Ange has done.
I'm also aware that my opinion of him as a person is influencing my tolerance of this dismal run.
