I don't remember hot flushes being a thing with puberty, except for the new ability to actually feel hot with embarrassment (maybe just me)

But anyway, are you on a high enough dose? Perimenopause is a shit enough experience years after puberty, doing both at once is hardcore

I'm having hot flashes because I'm lowering my dose after we found out my levels were insanely high.

I'm talking like just over 1000 when the high end for a cis woman is something like 400.

its maybe a sign that something good happened to Gen Z that everyone thinks transitioning is a thing that happens in your 20s. Unfortunately we're not yet anywhere near the stage were every trans person comes out in or after puberty.
