I would like to find skin care or make up feeds to take my mind away from all the politics but there is nothing in Bluesky. There are a few nutrition feeds at least that I will try to follow

Why not try making one? There are online tools that make it pretty easy, like Skyfeed https://skyfeed.app/

I imagine for makeup and skincare you could try and match a large number of brand names and make a feed that works like that, plus following any typical hashtags
