I feel this! Some of my tricks:
- Reducing my intention to “Feel things. Make sounds”.
During 2020 I would start by just singing “A Pair of Brown Eyes” by the Pogues. It would make me cry, and after crying I’d feel like singing something gentle and cheerful like Linden Lea
