It's 700 metres' walk away from the train station as the closest public transport. Sucks to be someone with mobility issues, I guess. I wondered why the vagueness about the exact location.

Yimby Melb member here, this location has a walk score of 71 and transit score of 60 versus Nightingale Village of 97 and 70.

Is zero off street parking as appropriate here as for their other projects? The cost estimates in your thread are for apartments, but townhouses are a bit different..
