I think one surprise scene SHOULD be the rule - maybe two. But surprise/unannounced cast members doesn’t equal cameo no matter how many people say fairly significant supporting roles in No Way Home and Deadpool & Wolverine are cameos just because they are big stars who weren’t put in the trailers.
