If the company encourages every other outlet to unionize, signs a collective contract and starts advertising against rival chains that aren’t unionized I might consider someday buying a coffee there again. Last one was I think 4 years ago? 5?
It’s amazing how they do not think of this themselves. Costco, for example, is a place that many people go precisely because they know the employees are paid well. I would be a big piece of good press
They are on my list of places not to go/shop. And I keep this promise to myself, even if it is inconvenient. Which it isn't often, I have to admit (but it did happen once or twice or so).

U.S. law treats them like children caught stealing the 1st time. Worst consequences are limited to "give back what you stole & say you're sorry."
The PRO Act would fix this.
