The more states disrespect women, the more women choose to have abortions, even if they have to do so illegally or go out of state/the country to get one. This is why there has been an increase in the number of abortions in the U.S. and Mexico since the Dobbs decision.
My non expert opinion: Is this even constitutional via the full faith and credit clause? One state cannot extend their jurisdiction to another state...
Pretty fucked up this guy is going after New York doctor. We will see how these state laws hold up. New York has protection against these things so I’m curious where this will go.
