I’m still mad that they released seasons 1 and 2 of Pete and Pete on DVD but not season 3. x.x

I believe that was due to the master tapes of the show being kept in a hot closet for decades. Season 2 I hear had some quality issues and season 3 was unusable. Can't recall if that was confirmed or speculation tho

The way I’d heard it was that they basically had them done. There was art made for season 3 and commentary was recorded for it already and Viacom just at the last second decided not to.
