the whole thing is an all-in-one desk/monitor arm set up, though you can remove that whole rail system if you would prefer to use something else

I'm using a relatively small and light monitor, but it's still got a slight wobble to it - less than most Vesa arms so not noticeable when typing though still more than the pack-in monitor stand had
