This should be alarming to everyone.

The Members of the January 6th Committee are protected by the Constitution from arrest for their Congressional duties.

Trump is calling for them to be arrested for performing their congressional oversight role pursuant to Article I of the Constitution.

Exactly. It scares me to have a President whom after he says he wants something staff must ask if he is serious or “just talking”. In his first administration, staff asked that question. In this one, Trump’s staff won’t ask, they will just do, and great harm will come from a Trump “just kidding”.
