I have checked and when you weigh yourself the first time after Christmas but have done one Joe Wick’s workout for the enfeebled and lacklustre the extra weight is all muscle right - if that helps.
As a former nurse, taking weight isn't needed unless it's relevant to your treatment. I've been weighed with my handbag, had my height dropped by 5cm despite being measured, had my weight increased for clothes instead of decreasing. Are they getting paid by the kilo? 🤔

In a medical establishment the SBP can jump up to almost 200. In former dept meetings I recorded it as 220+/150+.
