one move per year would be good. Maybe I'd allow subsequent moves if, and only if, it was to a tier that player had yet to be involved in. That should be sufficiently dynamic to allow a player to start in tier three but end up in tier one.

Regarding the loans issue; there are not the number of players. Tier 1 have 2nd XI teams and a significant number are the 1st team players. In the case of a Blaze 2nd XI game, Michaela Kirk played where she could have played for Northants in the T20 Cup, and I think Northants lost that game.

I partly followed the WI Blaze comp. It was all played I think on St Vincent so all the teams were there for a number of weeks. Barbados without Matthews were poor. But it was an opportunity for their young players to move on from U19 level and for others to shine.

Bang on when it comes to the loan issues, they’ve clearly taken advantage of loopholes that need to be tightened.
I’m Syd, only 1 move allowed and once you move you play for that team only, and if you come up against your old team you are “cup tied” and can’t play
