The current makeup of the Senate is 53 Republicans, 45 Democrats and 2 Independents (who caucus with the Democrats). 67 votes are required to convict and remove an impeached federal judge.

So unless Musk bribes at least 14 Democrat or Independent Senators, no federal judge is going anywhere.
