I wish I knew how to explain ADHD. Like, I have trouble sticking to working out not just because of laziness or depression or a dearth of time. I also just forget the concept of exercise exists.

I think a related thing is when I see a fb reel or whatever of an exercise that looks like it would be good for [issue], watch it a couple times, save it, and feel satisfied without ever actually getting off the couch.
