So with expanded alcohol is parks, a person can get drunk but they are not allowed to have a picnic?

I was kid of the late 80’s/early 90’s & have found memories of climbing trees & taboggoning in our city parks.
What the heck happened since then?

Even the playgrounds were massive fortresses w/built in obstacle courses! The new playgrounds are boring & unimaginative! #Toronto #TDot
