I'm seriously not joking about the book's plot. Obviously it was written long ago, but it's REALLY FUCKING RELEVANT RIGHT NOW. At least Death had a boss who cared. (sorry, tearing up thinking about how much I wish we still had pterry.)

This is a great book, and I love it. It was the 3rd Discworld novel I read, and the second that I liked. (The first was Small Gods; after this one, I read Lords&Ladies.) If you've read it -- and I suspect a lot of you have -- try to find someone who *hasn't*, and get them to claim it.

While working the polls during our primary yesterday, I had my copy of Interesting Times with me and 3 different voters told me how much they love Terry Pratchett. One of them had just started his first read through ever of the entire series and is currently on Witches Abroad.
