Mainly the last one with respect to humans (I assume you mean a scrotum and not like the pouch in bathing suits)

I mean, the internal genitalia, yeah. While swimming and while living more generally, though I can’t say it’s the greatest at it. Really it’s more temperature regulation when swimming
