You're 100% right, policies and procedures trickle down, the management decides the course of action. To shift blame to lower level workers is infuriating.
And itβs an ironic thing that the so-called christian faith has murdered more individuals than any other religion created by βmen.β
If they researched the actual words of their 10 commandments (the ones they ignore) it says βThou shalt not murderβ in the original language.
