the more I'm learning about the WWE lawsuit (all against my will) continues proving a truism in shady deals:

IF YOU ARE GOING TO PAY SOMEONE OFF WITH HUSH MONEY YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO PAY THEM!

This was settled for $3m and they only paid $1m; that's the reason this all came out.
