There was probably a belief that certain of the nominees would help keep the wheels on, but since that has been demonstrated to be false, no more of it. We need our own leaders and our own structure to protect what's left of the United States.

Sometimes sound business decisions are not understood at first. You have to give $1 to make $5. Something I learned in banking. Bottom line, approving 1 to get 5 of yours approved when Dems take over during midterms. We don't see it now.

I have told the that. Repeatedly. I believe I used the word implore when asking them to stop voting for trump’s nominees. I suspect they believe that if they vote for the nominees and things fall apart, then dems will take over at the midterms. I think this is unbelievably naïve.

Some of them were plants. They ran as Dems, and immediately started doing what the GOP wanted them to do. Fetterman is a major example, but not the only one.

The others keep the old playbook, hoping the GOP will use the rules. The GOP revised the book, using Jim Crow ideals, named it Project 2025.
