Tattooed Potato doesn’t have the exquisitely tension-titrated plot of Westing Game. But it has a wounded heart. It’s a beautiful book.

Of course I have! I think it might have been the first time I recognized while reading it that a novel didn’t really work, while loving it nonetheless
