The only negative that can truly be said about the 3DS port of Radiant Historia is it kind of butchers the art style. Game is still fantastic no matter which version you play. But yeah, Game Journalist gonna Game Journalist.

Honestly some of Shimomura's best work, like I love how the battle theme has an overall medium tempo that suits the positioning, dragging, shoving enemies around gameplay of Radiant Historia.

It's similar to her work on Xenoblade, which has a similar medium pace for its combat.
