Sourdough chocolate chip cookies! I made a batch of cookies using sourdough starter discard. These cookies feature bitter dark chocolate chips and a sprinkle of sea salt. While the addition of salt isn't a unique idea, it was a brilliant tip I received, as it supercharges the chocolate's flavour.
