I was going to use Scotch, Bob; however, I felt whisky would be the better bet for a preserve. Also, I had a bottle on hand that we have been using for Irish whiskey. 🥃
Will that method in my video work with Yuzu? I'd be interested to know if you do make the Yuzu marmalade. Apparently Yuzu holds a lot of pectin in its peel.
The video is awesome! The Yuzu are just getting ripe enough to pick within the next few days. I’ll give a go and let you know. I’m pretty novice at the marmalade! Interesting about the pectin! ✌️
