I used to do a lot of food photography back in the day.
This brought back happy memories of feasting with the home economist after the shoot.
I then got commissioned for a lot of wine photography.
Memory a bit hazy on that one ! 🍷🍷👍

Duck fat is readily available these days, if it's in your budget, people should really give it a try for fries. Also makes a good confit a whole lot easier.
