Last month, Bournemouth announced a co-operation agreement with Kyoto Sanga; back in August, Red Bull bought Omiya Ardija who have won the J3 LEAGUE this season; we've probably forgotten another example too. Hard to say how these agreements actually work, but they're becoming more and more popular.
