We joke but like… isn’t this part of the founding basis of the Sievert as a weighted unit of exposure? I remember all the rad workers at ANSTO had to wear ankle, wrist, chest and waist dosimeters to make sure they weren’t cooking their baby making gear.

No. Also, we don’t particularly worry about the sterility dose as you have much more pressing issues and sensitive tissues if that’s a concern.

Also, you are doing area monitoring at that point with alarming electronic personal dosimeters for added dose of record.
