Rye Lane, Conclave,Heart Eyes, Hundreds of Beavers, Monkey Man, Alien Romulus and Destroyer are great. Romcom, big thriller, joyously demented comedy, action movie, genuinely good Alien sequel and sun drenched noir
I like "My Old Ass". It was fun. That storyline reminded me of Vita Sackville-West's short story "An Unborn Visitant". She was a friend (and lover?) of Virginia Woolf. Very good story, and I highly recommend it if you can find it. It's in the book "What Did Miss Darrington See?"
So: Challengers, Mars Express, I Saw the TV Glow, A Quiet Place: Day One, Exhuma, Anora, Will & Harper, Suzume, Barbie, Oppenheimer, Past Lives, A Thousand and One, Zone of Interest, Reality, Creed 3, D&D: Honor Among Thieves, and Influencer.
Furiosa was great, and if you don't mind pushing that window back just a smidge to 2022, Three Thousand Years of Longing was also fantastic. George Miller's on fire!
