Not being a shill … but my partner has been trying to get better sleep and there’s a new official Pokémon Sleep app that tracks their sleep. They’ve become obsessed about fixing their sleep pattern because of it. 🤷 whatever works, right?
Yep...haven't been doing great (sort of feeling "blah" plus chronic pain) and then had to run errands today anyway...so I wound up taking a 3+ hour nap and now I'm wide awake at nearly 1am...so maybe I'll be able to sleep by 4am if I'm lucky?
