山西特色的銅火鍋。這玩意真在家裡實現非常複雜，主要是燒木炭實在太費勁了，因此，家裡通常很少做。基本上一年也只過年弄一次。外面的飯店倒是可以買到，就是遠沒有自己弄用料足。
