A Russian missile attack on the Ukrainian city of Sumy killed 31 people and injured dozens more on Sunday, Ukraine’s emergency service said.

The attack occurred on Palm Sunday, when many families flock to church for Mass to mark the beginning of Holy Week ahead of Easter.
