I just played Far:Lone Sails. It's only 3hrs, and there are some straightforward puzzles, but most of it is just driving along, keeping your little steam engine running. A beautiful and totally chill experience, I can't recommend it enough.

My adult kids play in worlds together from their various homes, it's pretty cool. I can see how escaping to literally another world is almost meditative for them.

I play something simple, no cities or towns, no objectives to achieve with characters, just 8 Ball Pool on the AARP games section. It has great ball-hitting-ball sounds. Whenever I feel overwhelmed with what's happening out there, I play pool on my laptop.
