The Trump of LA, Rick Caruso, is telling the media that Mayor Bass (who beat him in the mayoral race) is to blame for faulty Palisades hydrants. That is a lie. LA Fire says folks were turning on their lawn sprinklers & fleeing, thinking that would save their homes. It cause very low water pressure.
