First off, when Democrat is used as an adjective rather than a noun, it's Democratic. (And, capital D) So, "Democratic votes". Second, there are R reps out there who out-MAGA MAGA, and they will attempt to thwart anyone who doesn't do exactly what they want, including their peers in Congress. 1/
Even with numbers, they still don't know how to govern and will need the "libs" across the aisle to get absolutely anything done, procedural or substantive.
It's crazy to me how Alaska, the state closest to and probably at the most risk of interference or invasion from Russia, could be so Republican leaning. Especially considering the fetish that the Republicans have for Russia, but here we are.

Women like her, Shontel Brown and Emilia Sykes are what is good from the Buckeye state.

Begich is nearly certain to flip AK-AL, unfortunately, but if Dems win the other three it'll be:

π΅ 216
...not including vacancies.
If those were to break 60/40 for Bohannan, she'd squeak out a flip. Highly unlikely but not ludicrious.
If only we had won those seats and kept control of the NC Supreme Court back then...
