I think there are some good/interesting/useful ways to use AI but so many companies are clearly using it as a marketing buzzword and it's ridiculous.

I also do not at all understand people who use it to engage with others. So many "here's what chat gpt said about your post" comments... So weird.

I was thinking much lower stakes day-to-day type stuff but I like your pick better.

I've been experimenting with AI for my day job for a while now and it works great as a tool or a step in an automated process.

I don't want to drone on endlessly, but it's important to me that I make one thing very clear: I work in customer service which is always a target for AI automation. My coworkers are customer service reps.

I do not make anything that could replace them, I only make things to make their job easier.
