If you really need healthcare and you pay for it, but then they say you don't need it.
What can you do?
You can't go somewhere else because they have already taken your money.

...but they'll do their very best to mask them from the proletariat !
They have small print to negate you from getting any back where possible, It’s Criminal.
BCBS has inflexible denial rules to force appeals, e.g., Flu doesn't meet inpatient level of care so denied. If pt. worsens & trans to ICU on vent, it's still denied.
2. Eminent domain the insurance industry, streamline it, and incorporate into the Medicare Admin system
3. Profit (by not having to pay $10k/yr in premiums + deductibles)
I'd be for it.
To have private interests in control invites disaster.
It's also in our best interests that their food-service working parent(s) *also* be able to get their antibiotics.
Nationalizing the nation's health care will prevent anyone from profiting off of anyone's illness
It's time something was done.
ACA plans protect you as does the “No Surprise Billing Act.”

Both started by Rich Magnates a long time ago, who essentially took money to hold with their money to do things with for the poor.
They're paying you, to pay them essentially, so why not
No one is denied anything for any reason regardless of any pre-existing medical conditions and regardless of anyone's Religion.
I don't wanna pay for penis pills either guys, but I will. 🤷♀️
Never mind!
Probably pride.
It's giving enough fucks about your neighbors to say hey let's cut out the middle man like insurance and Go Fund Me and pay Doctors and Hospitals directly.
You are free to pay a corporation for a service contract they will refuse to honour, and you are free to suffer and die as a result.

Until there's a totally independent adjudicator then the companies will always err on the side of the former. It's almost certainly gone too far
We are forced to partake in a gambling system that says we expect we will need health care greater than or equal to the amount of money we give the insurance companies. Only to have that thrown back in our faces with denial.
They were simply awful to deal with. Avoid like the plague !
And where is the government?
Fed or state?
This has been happening since 1980.
At an alarming rate
"I'll believe corporations are people when Texas executes one."

Why doesn't it do that?
I can't help but think of Merle Travis' lyrics to 16 Tons

All so very rich people can get richer 🤷♀️
Might be just me, but...
That was one of the most stressful days of my life. Nearing the end of the workday and being placed on hold and transferred around getting nowhere and knowing that 5pm would roll around and the issue would be unresolved almost sent me over the edge.
This isn't right. None of this is right. I've heard it argued that they're not "practicing medicine" just "denying payment". If the end result is the same, there is no difference.
I don't believe healthcare should be for profit. Wellbeing shouldn't be a privilege for those who can afford it.
We have wealthcare in America, not healthcare.
