the key takeaway from all of these, and indeed from @wesleymorgan.bsky.social 's book, is that the 75th elements never "owned" any land, they just drove/flew in to a conventional unit's AO basically unannounced, killed a bunch of people and left a giant mess in their wake

First slide here is a reference to the Rangers’ little-known role leading TF 17, JSOC’s counter-Iran task force in Iraq, which led to the Regiment taking over Afg TF 373 from SEAL Team 6 in 2009.

In all seriousness, the Rangers grew very disciplined and professional at SSE etc. during these years.
