It’s already hard enough to live on a Fulbright stipend in many places, I can’t imagine what current Fulbright scholars are going to do suddenly finding themselves in a foreign country with no income and no way home.

Just got an email from the Fulbright Association. As of right now, funding has been cut off to 12,500 US citizens currently abroad and and more than 7,400 foreigner scholars and students in the United States
