I too would recommend checking out Fetlife. A lot of bigger cities have local groups that have munches and hangouts that aren’t all bar focused these days.

Just keep putting yourself out there! Maybe interact with/meet some locals.

Fetlife, telegram, diaper-bois, Recon & grindr are good a good way to find littles!

Trust your gut, meet up in public with your own ability to exit if you are uncomfortable & make sure to let a friend know where you are.
