Ugh, maybe their phones are working now. I tried to call Tillis this morning on RFK and the DC phone just plain wouldn’t work and the local voicemail box was full. Which did elicit some morbid giggling considering I posted the numbers on NextDoor last week.

I’d suggest searching online for their other office numbers. My senators have offices in every major city in the state. I’ve had better luck leaving messages there.

Yeah. I just put all the numbers in the contact card in my phone. When they’re all full, I send an email via the website. The more ubiquitous and overwhelming this feels for them, the more likely they are to do literally anything to curb the abuses.

New to 5 calls. Are we to call the same reps repeatedly with each of our various issues? I assume it is one issue per call? (I am not opposed as there is SO much wrong, I am just not familiar with how this works. TIA)

Yes 1 issue per call or even better a personal anecdote about how things are impacting you or any worry or concerns you have. Staffers tally the concerns and report on the top 3 at the end of the day.

One issue per call. Their aides log the calls by issue and probably don’t listen past the first issue you mention.

Are you taking any requests for enhancements?

I have two:
(1) Ability to type in a state and see/call those reps.
(2) my gov and AG listed so I can call, then, too.
