Newsmax's Judge Napolitano says Trump's executive order to end birthright citizenship is "a very troublesome thing he wants to do," adding "if he can nullify that portion of the Constitution, what else can he nullify."

That's not a constitutional power Trump has. The 14th Amendment already restricts states from denying citizenship to children born within their borders, making a blanket executive order unnecessary and unconstitutional.
Whatever the 14th amendments Citizenship Clause "really means", it's pretty obvious it doesn't mean what Trump says it means. Pretending otherwise is just ludicrous.
The best I can do is my great-grandfather. My great-great grandfather, it is said, got citizenship while in the Union Army. And I KNOW my ten-great grandfather, Stephen Hopkins, didn't have any papers when he stepped off at Plymouth.
The part of the 14th Amendment clause 3 where insurrectionists can't hold public office comes to mind. Apparently some of the Construction was just suggestions.

It's over.
Constitution, what about the part of the 14th that should have barred him from becoming president? Cunts.
The real peril is when the lawsuits go to SCOTUS and our bought-and-paid for judiciary sides with him on a matter.
What else do you want to quibble with? Due process?
