Chronic illness is kicking my ass today, and feeling really depressed as a result. If you see this on your feed, please could you send me some kind words, or maybe something that makes you smile? π₯Ί thanks π€

you are not alone, I too am chronically ill and disabled and just want to give some support and love to you during this time β€οΈ I also included a picture of a beautiful Japanese tea cup i thrifted :)
Iβm feeling it today too and itβs so discouraging. But even in this moment, there are flowers blooming, children laughing, dolphins playing, and poets falling in love. π»
Chronic illness is a hard life but know that the world is a much nicer place with you on it, and your struggles are not in vain. Hang in there, there will be better and brighter days. ππ€
Venus went retrograde today I realized it after I was already feeling especially sad and isolated from chronic illness + my staff had to quit without notice this week. I just wish I had the energy to be a socialbutterfly with a career and a big community I miss walking and I almost miss people even
So sorry to hear this. I don't know your situation but I've had chronic issues in the past and know that it makes everything hard. Hoping you feel better soon and sending you β€οΈ
Recovering from pneumonia- my cat Pounce de Leon makes me smile every day. Also the flowering bee filled plum tree outside my window. Sending you smiles too.
It is unfortunate you are feeling bad. It is okay to feel bad and rest. The world will be glad to welcome you back when you're ready. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oz-xAkRq0nU this soundtrack makes me smile.
living with chronic illness is doing it on hard mode - every day you survive you are winning. take care of yourself and be as kind to yourself as you can. it's not easy kicking ass all the time, and on hard mode, everything you do is kicking ass.
Stay the course. The rough days may test us, deflate us, beat us up, but they make us stronger in the end. Lean on loved ones, friends, family. You are not alone
Yeah...and even though I know more and more ways on how to work with it, accept it or sometimes fight it...in the end it will all be there and never leave. Makes acceptance really really hard...π«
Stay strong friend
