I don't agree with deporting him but are they going to let him go where he is accepted and wants to go or are they going to send him to a prison in a country he doesn't know? After all, he's not a criminal like the other people sent to that awful place, what is going on???

Yes, but immigration judges almost always (as part of the Executive branch) side with the government. The basic issues are still unresolved and in the normal court system (as far as I know)
