Yupp and procedures, anesthesia, doctor’s visits, etc. and that’s with doctors that are in-network. It’s wild, considering I’m also paying $140 a month for the insurance too 🫠

It sounds unbelievable that insurance can overrule a doctor’s decision, like how they know if a prescription is necessary or not. I understand why they prefer generic medications over brand names, but I don’t comprehend why they would deny medication altogether.

Ya I mean at the end of the day they can’t “technically” override the decision for care but they’ll deny coverage. Meaning I’d have to foot the $235 bill for a months worth of the prescription 😅 gotta love US healthcare

Thankfully was able to get my provider on the phone finally and was able to get the problem resolved 😫 frustrating that it took going to 3 pharmacies and 2 separate calls from my doctor but thankful 🙏🏻 gotta be your own advocate!

Lordy, the last time I went off cold turkey I spiraled into a depressive manic episode 😅😅 it is sooo bad for your brain chemistry and I’ve had a pounding headache all day 🤒

I think your pharmacist made an error; if the doc prescribed, and you are offering to pay out of pocket, they should provide meds. Also, have your tried GoodRX or SingleCare? They are better than my insurance.
